After many years of watching clients struggle with the task of securing, reviewing and maintaining certificates of insurance, we decided to try and help with a simple, inexpensive alternative to the labor intensive, undocumented, confusing, scattered methods clients were using, ....if they were doing it at all.

Almost all liability insurance applications have a section on securing certificates of insurance, minimum limits, indemnification, etc.   And in some cases,  a client's own coverage may dependent on documenting this important task when hiring contractors.  No certificate, No coverage.

From that COI System was born. The goal was simple. Develop a system to manage vendor insurance certificates that any size company could use, no matter how big or small.
